1. General Policy
VedanshiJobs.com is a hiring support platform that sources and forwards candidates to employers. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, as the final selection decision belongs entirely to the employer. Therefore, all services provided by VedanshiJobs.com operate under a “No Refund / No Cancellation” policy.
2. Non-Refundable Service Charges
All payments made for hiring services on VedanshiJobs.com are:
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable
- Non-adjustable
No refund will be issued under any circumstances, even if the service is not utilized or no candidate is selected.
3. No Guarantee of Hiring
VedanshiJobs.com shares candidate profiles based on the employer’s job requirements. However:
- We do not guarantee that the employer will find a suitable candidate.
- We do not guarantee that a selected candidate will join or continue employment.
- No refund will be provided in either situation.
4. Cancellation Policy
By Employer: Once payment is made, the service cannot be cancelled, no refund will be issued, and services cannot be transferred to another job requirement.
By VedanshiJobs.com: In rare cases where service delivery becomes impossible, services may be resumed later or a service credit may be issued. Cash refunds will not be processed.
5. Duplicate Payments
If an employer is accidentally charged twice for the same service, upon verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded. Refund processing time: 7–10 business days. This applies only to duplicate transactions.
6. GST & Taxes
Refunds are not applicable on GST or any other taxes charged.
7. Training Services (if purchased)
Cancellation is allowed only before the training begins. Once the training has started, no refund will be provided.
